Defining the product
ScrumBar organizes project information as products. You can reach an existing public product or create a new one, public or not. To manage multiple products correlated in terms of resources, metascrums can be used.
Each product has a comprehensive list of user stories (wishes when it comes to features) called backlog. This list is prioritized by the product owner that will determine the pace of their implementation, after reviewing the estimated workload as calculated by the team members.

The speakers are co-opted and their roles defined.
Tracking progress
The regular update of the remaining charge of the stories helps following the velocity, or the slope of the remaining work curve related to a sprint.
The scrum master may propose measurements on the fly with visible impact for all. Comprehensive traceability allows to explore the history, to reconstruct retrospectively the project movie and make appropriate organizational proposals. The product manager thus remains master of the project destiny.
